
Dave Remmel, owner of Dave's Sparkling Spas, sold spas for over 10 years and possesses extensive knowledge of above-ground spa maintenance, from understanding the mechanics and water balancing intricacies to ensuring the aesthetics of the cover, shell, and accessories. Throughout his experience, Dave noticed that many customers were confused about the setup and maintenance of their new spa. To enhance customer service in spa care, he began offering an orientation for customers after they received their spa. During these orientations, customers often felt overwhelmed by the responsibilities of maintaining the chemicals and the necessity of draining the spa on a regular basis. Recognizing this need in the industry, Dave's Sparkling Spas was established in October 2008.
