While selling spas, Dave noticed that many customers were confused about the setup and spa maintenance of their new purchase
Dave has worked in the spa industry since 2001, gaining extensive knowledge of Phoenix spas, including the mechanics, water balancing intricacies, and the aesthetics of maintaining the cover, shell, and accessories. While selling spas, Dave noticed that many customers were confused about the setup and spa maintenance of their new purchase. To enhance customer service, he began offering orientations after the delivery of their spas. During these sessions, customers often felt overwhelmed by the requirements of spa cleaning and the importance of regularly draining their spa. Recognizing this gap in the industry, Dave founded Dave's Sparkling Spas in October 2008.

Leon began working for Dave in 2019, focusing on the cleaning and maintenance of Phoenix spas. Dave personally trained Leon and trusts him to maintain these spas with the same attention to detail that he brings with his experience. Initially, Leon started as a 'help out when needed' when Dave was on vacation. Now, Leon has part-time availability for the spa cleaning business on weekends.
